I have a feeling that Chapmans sold them their credentials in capital raisings, corporate finance & RTO's. I think Jamie and his partner at Digital4ge probably felt they could help them out later with floating their other businesses. Just speculation on my part, of course.

Re: VAMP, yes, just a gut feel. I'm convinced it will be a $100m+ company not long after listing, because it's a right business at the right time.

Regarding Digital4ge and the 15% stake, they were relatively new at the time so cash may have been scarce.. Jamie and Ben would've known 100% that CHP would be of assistance in floating their other projects, because it works in both of our favours at the end of the day especially when it appears that CHP go out there, find the shells and get them ready for Digital4ge acquisiton etc.. Well that's how I see it playing out after CMY at least. A very smart manoeuvre. Digital4ge and its projects/the stakes we have in them will bring around 80%+ of Chapmans value in the future imo.. My gut is telling me DSM is a biggy as well
