I see one or two other posters are making Christmas predictions in relation to AVB. I have never made predictions before but will enter into the festive spirit and make one now!
I saw one prediction that PoC will be 2.20 by Xmas, but no reasoning behind that opinion. My prediction is that AVB will break into double figures by Xmas and will stay there. My reasons are that: the PoC is now in a long term bull market; the free cash flow that will soon be generated by AVB is extraordinary, even if no new projects are commenced; further new project will soon be commenced; a significant new buyer seems to have entered the hunt for AVB shares; and finally, the broader market is becoming aware of all the above mentioned factors.
Oh, and I will be sending a reminder message to all just prior to the fat man coming down the chimney!
