Ha. Appreciate the advice. I'll go with the gut on this one and wait to see what tomorrow brings. I agree with the long term opportunity and don't mind paying a tad more if that's the way it is.
I've been in Vietnam for the last 5 years, so if things don't go my way I at least know where to find a few cheap cold pints before strapping on my backpack and wandering over to Phuket.
