Hoping to gleam some information from you ~ following up on some research into Kim Robinson, Cameron Mclean & Joe Treacy.
Who were the directors named as respondents in the class action? ~ example; was it all directors appointed and/or in office over a certain time period?
Do you know what happened to all the cash from the sale of the assets whilst the company was either in liquidation (2014), or progressing towards liquidation (2012)? As in, do those involved in the class action get it ?? I do understand if you cannot answer due to confidentiality clause in the settlement.
