how about a deal for Her vaxx, expected long time ago has fallen because of the very low offer. Since then price SH has fallen as well.
the potential buyer is driving the SP down to accumulate as much as possible to make an hostile take over.
PH has realised it and is running this CR, diluting the shares in order to protect the Company at least until November, when the conference will start and they might be allowed to release amazing data?
as I said this is pure speculation and I don’t know if the company should have released any announcement in this case scenario.
