I think there is something to be said about the final outcome of the 249D & what it meant - there are a lot of holders who, like myself, got caught in this stock where a SP of around 20c would certainly have allowed an exit for many without an overwhelming sense of regret.
And the momentum which the SP had with the CMT, certainly appeared to be set to deliver a short term bump in that direction - remembering that it had come up from around 4.8c on July 1 to around 13c by 19 September.

Maybe this is just me, but it certainly appears that the shenanigans that appeared to take place to arrive at the outcome delivered at the 249D, halted & reveresed SP appreciation & that has compounded the tragedy of being invested in this stock for so long for a negative ROI.

On an unrelated, but positive note, SMS won the German Award for Supply Chain Management yesterday.
