I like to think our minds sift the things we need automatically and constantly shuffle the clutter away . You need bring these things out to get the more important parts working . Its stimulates some chemical to get those files you need from the left side of the brain to the right ?
That saying about you need sow the seed is the left side thinking about it till the pathway on the right side allows it for constant use /implementation supposedly.
Can i think of that chemical?
