Thank you very much for sharing this. I thought holders might find the following article to be also of interest. It talks about the forthcoming release of the next 5 year economic plan for China from an environmental financing perspective. There are some truly big numbers involved here...
"China's 13th five-year plan, due for release in 2016, will reportedly include the most ambitious environmental reform agenda attempted in history. A study by Goldman Sachs predicts that, as a result, the Chinese environmental market could be a multibillion-dollar opportunity."
