what is relevant to OLR. Temperature or Humidity.
You use a bogus made up term in mean water vapour mass. Geesh I have never heard of that made term before.
Please advise if this is a standard term used by BOM or the American Meteorological Society. Because I cannot find that reference anywhere!
I use real world data which mirror OLR exactly. And that is Relative humidity!
You use a BS phrase mean water vapour mass where they clearly state that the conclusion is IMPLIED from troposphere temperatures.
Well lets test your new made up implied claim. How good is troposphere temperatures compared to OLR as opposed to Water Vapour.
300mb temps and OLR from the mauna loa.
All data is still from ESRL NOAA
And lets compare that to Relative humidity and OLR AGAIN
So please advise me whether you choose to use a paper that IMPLIES what Water vapour should be doing.
Or would you use real world data that SHOW'S you what Water Vapour is doing!
