Clinical Data Package Submission

Hello folks, I have been following Avita for the last few months.  This is my first post on this forum.  Wanted to get your take on the following:

So as recently as late November 2016, Avita guided that it anticipated submitting the clinical data package to the FDA by February 1, 2017.  "Avita anticipates completing its clinical data package submission by Feb. 1 to the U.S. Food and Drug Administration for permission to market ReCell in the United States" (see link below):

It's now March 2, 2017 and we have yet to see a PR regarding either the final results of the burn study or that Avita has submitted the clinical data to the FDA.  First off, Avita needs to send investors a PR of these final results, correct?  I believe the study should have wrapped up on January 11, 2017.  Any thoughts as to what's taking long?  I have read from prior posts on here that they have 60 days from conclusion of trial to submit the clinical data package to FDA.  So wouldn't that be March 11, 2017 as the deadline for submitting such package to the FDA?  That is no later than next week.  Any thoughts as to why we have not yet received a PR about the data results?

Lastly, being an American investor, I was wondering when Avita typically releases PRs.  Do they always release them pre-market for the ASX exchange, or do they sometimes release them pre-market for the American OTCQX exchange?

Thanks in advance for any input.  Hope Avita delivers fantastic results and gets Recell approved for burn treatment this year.
