Yes, the last patient was treated on January 11th 2017.
However, the safety period has a 4 week follow-up for patients, so that patient did not return to the clinic until the first week of February.
Not sure if there is a clear statute requiring 60 days to submit the PMA, but AVH are working frantically to pull together the application and the soon to be released update will reveal further detail on timelines.
They are cautiously optimistic regarding the EAP.
