I must admit, I was at a couple clipp locations in sydney the other week and I kept forgetting to use it.
Theres no clipp advertising at the pubs is one issue, lack of staff knowledge of clipp is another one I have heard of. Mandatory 'selfie' is another issue in my mind. I like clipp but they need to iron out these issues.
