Looking back through Cloughs announcements it is apparent that it is getting ready to be involved in the Gorgon gasfield project.Tying up with a deepwater partner is very convenient with the Gorgon development decision due in early September.Whether Barrow Island is involved or not much work will come from the Gorgon field.Talk of delaying development doesnt ring true when you see how hungry China is for power, let alone the US.The facilities that have been built on the Burrup Peninsular are on such a scale that they must know the work is coming.
