CNL's Announcements incomplete

In the December Operations report it says that Nic Clift will step down as MD in May 2016, but remain on as a NED. That doesn't sound like the actions of a director or company that is confident of a favourable resolution to the dispute with their Tunisian JV partner (Tunisian Mining Services).

In the long descriptions of the "facts" behind the dispute the fact the CNL entered in a new agreement with Tunisian Mining Services in November 2014 is conveniently omitted. One wonders why and what bearing the revised agreement has on the dispute.
