I think sometime within the next year as the world economy hits crisis levels coal will fall to around 50usd a ton and TER will need cash reserves to place the production on hold.
When the coal prices falls TER will likely be first out of the money because its not the highest grade coal. Coal power will likely be cheaper than solar at that point. It could be one hell of a recession when resources crash.
They need to save instead of paying out high dividends.
