For election purposes Australia spends enormous money on geriatric medicare.
The bloated, inflation inducing huge wages of the Public Service make industrialization nearly impossible.
So in terms of defense posture to our North (PNG) the old saying applies,
" Money talks and bullshit walks"
Which exactly, is what Perpetual Funds Management is doing.
