Countries with a questionable Rule of Law will trade at a big discount and struggle to get capital. PNG's increasing ties to China will make it near impossible for true value to be reflected in Kina's share price. And with such an onerous tax rate, the Governemt is proving themselves to be "pie slicers" rather than "pie growers"... a likely reflection of endemic corruption. Short sighted numbskulls. Sigh.
