This is where I think the potential patent infringement is happening.

    Abstract
The present disclosure relates to a tracking system for tracking the position and/or orientation of an object in an environment, the tracking system including: at least one camera mounted to the object; a plurality of spaced apart targets, at least some of said targets viewable by the at least one camera; and, one or more electronic processing devices configured to: determine target position data indicative of the relative spatial position of the targets; receive image data indicative of an image from the at least one camera, said image including at least some of the targets; process the image data to: identify one or more targets in the image; determine pixel array coordinates corresponding to a position of the one or more targets in the image; and, use the processed image data to determine the position and/or orientation of the object by triangulation.

Now, here comes the kicker. Specifically, FBR states at least one camera or electronic processing devices being mounted on the object, in this case the print head. And at least one other camera that is a distance from the object, for triangulation purposes.

If what I highlighted are camera/visioning/electronic processing devices. I think we have a case. We've seen this since since pre-covid? 2016? With the array of cameras?

Now, it says specifically cameras in the patent. Does a lidar/radar scanner constitute a "camera"? Or camera refers to any visioning system, whether its in the visible spectrum or not?

Note: I'm not a lawyer, nor am I a patent lawyer. But, if all my assumptions are valid. I strongly support FBR. The patent system is created to support/validate innovations in cases like this. It doesn't want another company to have unwanted disadvantage.

Note: This patent doesn't mention specifically the usage, but is broad enough to encompass the determination of an object in real time. An object in this case means the "laying"/"printer" head. Its broad enough in that sense this can be applied to toothpaste build.
