At least not at the start.

You have to stay one step ahead of the scientists, giving your disease special properties to not only become more infectious, but more deadly.

And using different vectors to spread your disease, like birds, mozzies, wind, water etc.

You can have bacteria, viruses, parasites, prions, funguses etc.

The scientists are playing catch up.
