Hi Andres, I agree.
If we are indeed selling down 30% (let say), then that 30% stake in the asset I would consider as a strategic stake which pretty much dictates who will be in the box seat in the future to make a move on acquiring total ownership.
If we are selling down 40% (not that I think we need to), I would be inclined to think the acquiring entity(s) insists on a stake as high as 40% for added certainty.
