This is probably good news.
Whether or not FAR can win the court case is mute.
It is the fact that it will delay matters that effects COP.
They want their money.
The delay also effects WPL as they want to get cracking.
If WPL are thinking of bidding for FAR, this will force their hand.
Who wants a long drawn out legal battle based on a technicality?
If they have no intention on bidding for FAR, then things will get bogged down and the ball is back in FAR's court.
That is my least preferred option but who knows.
They may pull a Total surprise out of the hat and surprise everyone.
