contempt for shareholders

Unbelievable - now they want to consolidate the shares 10- 1 , contempt for the shareholder.

Ms Norman who has purchased bugger all shares of her own accord (130 000) at 2 cents now gets performance bonus of millions of shares - why when I lost 60 k on this only to have my holding amalgamated to 70 k from 700k - of course they will end up down trading to 2 cents as well.
Why is she still the CEO and why is she getting a performance entitlement for not performing?
