I haven't seen Coon cheese for years, probably because I shop at Aldi. Used to like it decades ago though. The French have Bastille Day where they celebrate the overthrow of tyranny. I don't know what the Brits have, maybe it's still VE Day. The Ge?rmans probably have Hitler's birthday. Why do we have Governor Phillip Day? Celebrate the start of a penal colony? Remind us what our place is, behind metaphorical bars?
