As a holder of CUFE, I reply to your post 31/03/2024, with a buy sentiment at 0.027.

After recent weeks, what I thought was a sound investment, has disappointed me.

The Capital Raise, was not needed, given present and future balance sheets.
Moreover, the dilution of SP value, seems to go to the chosen few.

Another announcement today, to issue more "freebies" to an inhouse transaction,
that is allowed under section 7.1RU12 of ASX rules. Not fair to shareholder's.

I bought CUF shares because of what I thought was a well run company, with a
product in high demand, and, that CUF had positioned themselves well to ride
out the vagaries of the Fe price, by hedging at a very good price.

Sound fundamental's for improving returns to shareholders, oops, got that wrong.

Q2 will give a strong result for Fe shipments, as CUF ships the stockpile, they
couldn't last quarter due to bad weather. Why the CR?

Why am I selling?, that's because I don't like when a soundly run company,
with good assests, and potential, get's greedy, at the expense of SH.

If offerred to me, as a shareholder, I would have increased my holding.
Nope, top end of town get's first look, then more.

Really thought CUF was a company with a true concern, about increasing a
return to shareholders. Oh, silly me, must be CUT and PASTE, they all do it.

Bottomline is, if you have a sound investment, build it.
