    I'm with you Clark888,

HAV is a real sleeper but the sensitivity modelling shows just what an excellent asset they are sitting on, especially relative to the current EV.

From watching HAV for some time the issue appears to be around the lack of aggressive movement by the Company to move this asset into production and the subsequent impatience / loss of confidence from shareholders.

Admittedly, HAV is firmly within the 'orphan phase' of its lifecycle, but for patient investors, especially during a bull market, these opportunities present nice asymmetric risk / reward setups.

Another company I own, MLX, recently sold their entire Cu division (retaining some optionality). Immediately prior to the sale announcement, some long suffering shareholders of MLX were publicly commenting that they would be pleased to see the assets sold for $1 (lots of C&M costs). However, those patiently sitting and waiting were well rewarded (and Sn is flying too).

Being a speculating kind of person, I'd have to think that if HAV management don't get a wriggle on, another party is going to come in and take the asset(s) off them.

    Cheers
    John
