I was of the view each announcment in 2024 would be better than the last, this has and will I feel be proven. The Jun Q should demonstrate the improved situation clearly and will pull in more conservative copper cash who require more concrete surety.

It is a very good copper investment at this price, if a danger exists its more about its exceptional assets yet current low value making it a potential cheap takeover target. I don't forcast that and do see significant SP appreciation this year, yet in a tight copper market I would have to think some players are at least looking, I hope they only look. I want Stockmans and Jaguar completed by a 100% Aeris.

Anyway good luck holders, even the burned ones, who as I have said in the past will find some solace in time.

I think we have to be honest here. Management was horrible! The company was 3-6 more months away (of lower copper prices) from going into administration IMO. All because they made awful decisions which I listed in my post above. Yes, we are all now saved by a surging copper price, but management mistakes must not be forgotten, and we must be honest about what took place. If we do that and keep holding them accountable, then they should not repeat the same mistakes twice.

I actually think some decent copper hedging will now be undertaken if Cu prices hit mid $5 and perhaps some negotiations on the finance & loan side of the business will take place. If this plays out then we will know that Andre has started to learn from his mistakes.

I would also love management to buy another producing gold mine in the medium term, preferably one as reliable as Cracow! Copper prices have more substantial upside and bull runs from here IMO, but they will be very turbulent in today's crazy world and could just as easily drop on any substantial geopolitical event. Whereas gold will always strengthen modestly in the current environment and hold its value down the track IMO. It is a great insurance policy and will balance out the business a lot.
