Not sure I agree with that. There is an element of fixed and variable costs in all production. In theory the fixed will not increase therefore only the variable costs increase resulting in a lower average cost of production. Our problem has been not hitting production targets, increasing average cost. If we meet the mid point annual target as advised in the last quarterly, which means a boomer production quarter, as we are well behind after 3 quarters, we will have a great result and asic should be lower.
