In terms of scattered nature of ore bodies, geographically they are very close to the Antas facility to the north, or the Pedra Branca facilty to the south. I'm led to believe that IOCG deposits in this region are known to form in clusters. The exploration work done on various deposits surrounding PB have revealed sufficient data for the company to declare commercial grades and potential to go back later to satellite deposits in future (eg. Nova Esperenca in the PB block).

The company intersected wide zones of copper sulphide over a distance ~300m whilst drilling Nova Esperanca in late 2014. This copper is identical to the copper sulphide at Pedra Branca. Within the quarterly during this period, with further drilling, it could prove to be an excellent satellite deposit which would improve the overall economics of Pedra Branca.

This is only one deposit, and looking at the mag maps there are numerous others which can be investigated with an expanded exploration budget that a cash flow company can provide.

There are also numerous small bodies held within Vale's massive land holding which is too small for them to look at. There will be opportunities if AVB get a look in on these.

We have our Northern processing facility to the north (Antas) and Pedra Branca following in the south. These plants will be expandable and built for the smaller deposits.

Once again, it comes down to PoC and when there is sufficient confidence for producers and explorers to start spending money again.
