Can't be understated the advantages of a brownfield mine such as Nifty with known copper leaching parameters and infrastructure already on site just requiring a bit of TLC and an update to 2023 specs.
Also notice recently how the comex movements are tiny with players unwilling to sell down. It looks to be consolidating waiting for the 50ma to catch up. Last few years has been pretty volatile on daily movements but lately not so.
