You would expect copper juniors to surge based on widespread forecasts of a copper shortage. The problem is the investment herd is generally quite dumb and don't get in early. Rather they just gravitate to the hot areas of the market and then lose their money when it deflates. Until it becomes daily news or the copper price reaches new highs nothing will change.
