Yes, or Goldman predicting $3.80 ish post 2016? Best thing though is that AVB will fluctuate from doing just nicely at $2.90 to being outrageously in the money with the higher range. Personally I think the recent Goldman report was very credible...a 150 page document with sound analysis and thinking IMO.
