There never was an El Nino.
The BOM got it wrong and now they say the El Nino event has finished.
From my 40+ years living in the tropics I can say that the complete El Nino/La Nina cycle is between 10 and 14 years.
This one year call was a panic brain fart by some lefty lunatic climate freaks who unfortunately run the public service BOM.
