but why is it necessary for the Libs to become the enemy of the Lab Govt? the Labs behaved very differently to this mob of vicious liars. opposition doesn't need to be so petty and untruthful. if they used critical assessment practice instead of merely imagining ways to attack the govt they'd actually convince people but when all they do is attack, they only attract the already rusted on.
for the last 15 years the Libs have become the most damaging political party in Aus history. they've ignored AGW to the detriment of Aus in so many ways that it has damaged our international reputation as well as costing us many $Bns in losses of revenue, eg the Gillard Carbon Price, and efforts to address emissions.
now, the Lab Govt are too scared of Lib attacks that they too are licensing large numbers of coal and gas projects. this too is damaging the nation as they are licensing increased emissions at a time when emissions intensive projects should be subject to a moratorium.
