Neither are Freight & Logistics, Food Delivery but they are on that list.
It would be hard to do a full lockdown because so many things are essential like: police, ses, fire, ambo, water & electricity providers, certain govt departments, pollies, plastic bag/bottle producers for food products and probably many others I can't think of at the moment. You can't have everyone stay home. That must limit what you can achieve in stopping the virus. China has done remarkably well.
