All – Dr Roger Aston to cease being a Director of PharmAust, transitioning to a consultancy arrangement. Mr Robert Bishop and Mr Neville Bassett AM to resign their Directorships at PharmAust. The appointment of Dr Thomas Duthy as Non-Executive Chairman. The reinstatement of Dr Michael Thurn to the role of CEO, as well as being appointed Managing Director to ensure a board presence. The appointment of Mr Marcus Hughes to the Board of Directors. Mr Sam Wright to continue on the Board of Directors as a Non-Executive Director to ensure a degree of continuity and to provide company secretarial services.

Hi Densy,HIS resignation and very deflating at a time when the company seemed to be on track to achieve success for shareholders. It appears that there is more to MT departure than we are being informed and some have suggested his willingness to return. As always there are to sides to every story and we share holders haven’t heard either, it is hard to come to a conclusion as to the best path forward without an understanding of the circumstances that led to this current “situation”.
