Yep, i was wrong and CEO picked it..they are doing it again. Obviously have more firepower than buyers have to make this move. I was trying to figure out what they were doing too and what i came up with was they are (as @CEOChair would say) "trading for pips". They are buying at 24.5 or 24.7 and sellimg at 25. Doesnt sound like much but with a fee milkion you make a bit of money. That's my guess anyway.
