Absolutely, not only can happen but has in other projects, that is called risk. For me I am happy to take it on this one more than any I have held. But it is true a risk always has money tied to it, I expect a double lift when grades do out perform. And I guess that is all a part of my investment in AVB, I like the odds, some don't or will wait until they see vastly reduced risk, market takes all types and nothing is really wrong, just play it as you see it in front of you I think.
