Given Hartley's has a valuation of just 13c on AVB - which they state (on page 5 of their Sep research note) includes the assumption that both Antas and PB (Stage 2) "move into production in coming years", I am very curious as to why so many are bullish on prices much, much higher than 13c....(and remember, PB, will need to be funded with either debt, or more euqity issued)
Would you, or anyone else, care to comment?
