As can be seen by the court costs, of which they got less than sought, is that everything needs to be accounted for. A falling share price can happen anyway, mining ventures frequently have delays and cost overruns. None of this can be attributed back to SMM with any sort of concrete proof.
This asset does not even have a JORC. To say AVQ would have produced X amount of ore and made XY millions is just someones opinion and guesswork and cannot be court costed.
Damages will never be paid.
Within 1 hour I could provide SMM lawyers with a spreadsheet showing dozens of mining companies that said they would do this and that and a year or two later have not gone anywhere. If RM tries to seek damages for lost income then SMM lawyers will shoot him down very easily.
