You appear to be 100% correct.
In my opinion management is not doing a very good job of meeting their continuous disclosure requirements and this unfortunately creates uncertainty.
When you disclose you can then create the story around the disclosure. When you do not disclose and the market finds out that sets the tone of the story and the company is then continually on the back foot.
From being in capital markets for a long time in my opinion it just shows a lack of experience of management....
This action by MIN is not a problem as already discussed by @ozblue it has nothing to do with the shorts.
The shorter is hitting the whole sector other than NMT... lol
