Unlike the post above.
I have an extremely good network and have a pretty good idea of what is going on in China.
As a heads up.
China manufacturing for hard rock lithium purchases are on a 3 month cycle for the purchase of raw materials for their factories.
This is the first month (even though there were public announcements in 2015) that they have become aware that Sichuan Tianqi Lithium and Ganfeng will not supplying the broader demand in the Chinese market from start of 2017.
I imagine this may come as a slight shock to a few on the downstream consumers....
