I heard on ABC that apparently the scam is using the delay in TV coverage to place a spot bet (serve a fault or something) once the outcome is known from courtside but before bet is closed due to delay in betting agency seeing the TV image (digital decode latency/delay). I'm pretty sure it would illegal everywhere.
