Sorry, but there isn't any 10 page form to fill out for 80 year old people in Germany. There never was. How do I know? I have registered my family, including my old mother for the vaccine.
Registration can be made online: name, address, DOB, phone, email and a few yes/no answers. That is it. Takes about 2 minutes. Reply comes via email/mobile phone.

Hi Menta, is this what you were referring to in regards to blood clotting? Covid19 kills and causes blood clotting too. However, the vaccine stop was due to a very rare & specific type of disorder. See below.
