    It's usual dosage is 0.15 to 0.2mg/kg which means a 12mg tablet is suitable for a 60kg to 80kg recipient, say 70kg.

    I've got no real idea how much they are using in the cancer trials but it's higher from memory, x2 to x4?. Don't quote me on this but i'm pretty sure up to 10X the prescribed dose is usually tolerated. You could look up the cancer trials to see how much they used and for how long. It seems to have an effect on every type they've tried so far.
