    Taking away a person's right to vote based on one criterion or certain criteria only builds friction.

    Better to make Politicians submit a contractual "Work/Programme Commitment" that is executed by "Professional" non-political commercial entities.

    If the "Work/Programme Commitment" is not being fulfilled then instead of having Australia Day on 26th of January, we could instead have Rum Rebellion Day where say for argument sake 20 or 25% (a predetermined trigger %) of the registered voters in an Electorate could submit a "Re-Call Election Demand" and have the Politician forced to stand at a Re-Call Election within say 3 months of Rum Rebellion Day.

    Rum Rebellion Day ..................... the chance to revisit history and march on Parliament House
