Just as an FYI on your numbers - worldwide yesterday, excluding brazil (as they jumped 7million tests but hadn't move for a while before that, so I think their reporting just sucks).

Total tests done yesterday - 2.693 millionTotal tests done 2 days ago - 2.724 millionCurrently the positive rate is about 1 in 10 to 1 in 12, depending on the day (8.25-10%)

I think lab vs quick sample would depend on level of symptons, i.e. hospitalizations would require full labs and quick tests done for those who may have been in contact or have minor symptons.In that sense, everday recently their has been about 7,000-8,000 serious or critical cases (looking at numbers released from hospital, number of deaths and growth in hospitalisations).

This is approximately 3% of all cases reported/tested confirmed.I definitely think cheaper/faster testing will encourage more testing and even potentially home testing/event testings.
