CPV is at the small end of the market. The company will live or die by the amount of cash it has in the bank.
CPV needs ~ $8 million to fund operations for the next 12 months….
In my view, a successful placement is excellent news. It removes liquidity concerns, and therefore should remove a major constraint for the share price. On top of that, depending on who’s taking up the placement, it may introduce some strategic/cornerstone investors to the share register - which would be another positive for a cash hungry early stage company like Clearvue.
Should there be other positive announcements in the near term, this should drive further share price appreciation…
