1. You don't own the stock so Very hard to move on when you were never in.
2. The board have a combined close to 5% skin in the game already.
3. Can you name 4 products AHZ sell? Do you realise the goal is to get a further 16 to market and quickly? Mate if I'll be paying them a bonus out of my own cash flow!
4. The board haven't given themselves any 20% bonus or kicker. Read the SPP docs which state they can buy with their own cash in the SPP like everyone else. Oh that's right you aren't s shareholder so you probably haven't even opened page 1.
5. If you want a stock that pays large bonuses to the CEO and board - buy a bankshare. I don't see any large bonuses here. I see below average pay and bonuses for these positions. Stupendous is a purely subjective word and not one I'd not associate with these salaries and bonuses! Heck I've earnt more as a commissioning engineer than our CEO!
