I have family meber that injured his back at work,got a comp.payout,and dis.pension in early 80's.
2 years late he felt his back was getting somewhat better to manage.
not being lazy person,by nature,he went out to see if someone would give him a job.
but while talking to potential boss he told them the story about his injury.
2 weeks later he got a job...still current.
but a hearty part about his boss is each time the pain prevented him going to work....his boss paid him
for the day/days lost.
because he was honest by telling the boss before being given the job.
my relie.is soon to retire on that job.
there is a need to review the physical pension claimants,most are genuine,but some are not.
