If you or PH chairman are reading this, i am proposing the following:-

- approach your mates GMD for a CR
- 16.5% stake for $6M cash at 0.8c
- give them first a further option on water & tailings from W & use their mill
- sign a JV agreement with GMD to at their cost & with 25% revenue share to us to drill for gold around W near their mill as we know there is an abundance of it hence the large tailings sitting there for 20 years now.
- apply for a new FED GRANT of $60M - $120M for Ni restart support & Ni pCam refinery planning works (take the old PBT grant papers and resubmit so you can do studies for years in future on the taxpayers account)
- announce this good news & prospects in advance of any CR
- all remuneration shall be issued in shares not cash hereforward with a 40% reduction in remunerations all round, if someone resigns let them go as if they dont want POS paper then they arent worth employing, this will also cease the cashburn on salaries
- do not do a cheap CR on market or SPP as before as the SP is too low here
- show the market we are NOT PAN MCR WSA, dufus AFAF nor dumb whale BHP

On this news, the SP should recover higher and then the CR can be revealed.
This will also dilute backstabbers churners BMM down to 8.5% and burn the death card scaremongering discussion, yet again.

Show the market POS is a survivor and a mass producer with BIG PLANS in waiting.

POS has MILLS MINES STAFF CAMPS BUILDINGS ROADS TOILETS etc
POS has NO DEBT NO CREDITORS NO JUNKBONDS NO OFFTAKE BREACHES
NO PROBLEMS !
